  Founded in 1997 after working in sales of construction materials trading company, and construction management of thermal insulation works, when cloud and tablet were unveiled, the idea poped in his head, giving efficiency to the industry with digitalization, started the business of SPIDERPLUS.

  Joined SPIDERPLUS in 2010 when it started its business, and was in charge of various areas of the business as it grew, including recruitment, corporate branding, design, and public relations.

  Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer since 2022, he now oversees the management control division. Prior to joining SpiderPlus in 2021, thrived as a Financial Advisor at Deloitte and others, worked to developing new businesses in startups as well.

  Head of Product GroupTomoyuki Fujita

  Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer since 2023, he is responsible for planning and proposing products, as well as overseeing various development projects.
  Prior to joining SpiderPlus in 2021, he was engaged in project management for large-scale system development at IBM Japan, served as the head of product development at several startup companies as well.

  Deputy Head of Business GroupHiroki Kawai

  Joined SpiderPlus in 2018, handeled recruitment, training and organizational development as the head of the HR department for first, and then taking charge of overseeing sales and product development.
  Prior to joining SpiderPlus, worked in auditing at EY, he joined a regional general contractor and participated in management, oversaw the back office, real estate business, and construction SaaS business, among other responsibilities. In addition, he served as an external director for several listed companies.

  Director of Platform Development, Product GroupHiroo Masuda

  Joined in SpiderPlus in commercialization after developing a Spider which became the predecessor of SPIDERPLUS.
  He is currently in charge of several divisions of the Product Group.
  Prior to joining SpiderPlus, engaged in various development projects in a system integrator.

  Recruitment ManagerKoichi Ishii

  From 2023, he will oversee recruitment as the Corporate Design Office.
  In addition, as Vice President of Engineering, he is responsible for expanding the product organization and strengthening the management line to build a robust product team.
  Before joining SpiderPlus in 2020, has experienced as a system manager in the advertising and telecommunications industries, serving as a Manager at a major systems integrator.

  Head of Business GroupSeiji Sato

  Joined SpiderPlus in 2023, oversees the Sales Division, following tenure as COO of a startup.
  Prior to joining, has experienced in advertising sales at Recruit, then joined Amazon Japan, was involved in formulating sales strategies, developing and executing medium-term margin improvement plans as the General Manager of the Books Division.
