He is a seasoned design leader with a strong background in spatial design, bringing deep expertise across a wide range of creative disciplines, including store and facility design, as well as web and graphic design.
Joined SpiderPlus in 2010, ahead of the launch of the SPIDER+ business, and has since played a foundational role in shaping the company’s brand and user experience. Leveraging in-house design capabilities, he led strategic corporate branding initiatives, product-related design, and public relations efforts that helped establish a differentiated market presence.
In recognition of his leadership and long-term impact on the business, he was appointed Executive Vice President in 2025. In this role, he oversees the entire SPIDER+ business, driving growth by aligning design, brand, and business strategy.
Director, Executive Officer, General Manager of Business Administration GroupYutaka Fujiwara
He has served as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer since 2022, overseeing the Management Control Division and leading the company’s financial governance, planning, and internal controls.
Prior to joining SpiderPlus in 2021, he built his career as a Financial Advisor at Deloitte and other professional services firms, where he advised clients on financial strategy, governance, and business planning. He also gained hands-on experience in new business development at startups, bringing a balanced perspective across both structured enterprises and high-growth environments.
Executive Officer, General Manager of Business GroupSeiji Sato
Seiji brings extensive experience in e-commerce and business leadership, having worked at Amazon Japan after initially building his career in advertising sales at Recruit Holdings.
At Amazon Japan, he served as General Manager of the Books business, where he led the development and execution of sales strategies and financial planning initiatives that drove meaningful business growth.
He later served as COO of a high-growth venture company, gaining hands-on experience in company-wide operations and execution. Seiji joined SpiderPlus & Co. in 2023 and currently leads the Business Division, overseeing revenue growth and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Executive Officer, Head of Product GroupYoichi Mitsui
Started his professional career as a tennis coach, where he developed a strong foundation in coaching, performance optimization, and team leadership.
Later transitioned into the technology field as an IT engineer and went on to accumulate over 8.5 years of experience driving product development and R&D initiatives across multiple startups. He has held senior leadership roles including CTO, CPO, CIO, and VP of Engineering, leading cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, and R&D, and scaling products from early-stage development through growth phases.
Joined SpiderPlus in May 2025 and was appointed Executive Officer in July 2025. In this role, he oversees the Product Group and is responsible for product strategy, execution, and organizational scalability.
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tokyo.
Executive Officer, Deputy General Manager of Product DevelopmentTomoyuki Fujita
Tomoyuki began his career at IBM Japan, where he worked on project management for large-scale enterprise system development initiatives.
He later transitioned to the startup ecosystem, serving as Head of Product Development at multiple companies. In these roles, led engineering teams and product development efforts across various stages of growth.
Joined SpiderPlus & Co. in 2021 and currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Product Development. In this capacity, he oversees engineering teams and multiple development projects, contributing to the company’s product execution and scalability.
