  Founded in 1997 after working in sales of construction materials trading company, and construction management of thermal insulation works, when cloud and tablet were unveiled, the idea poped in his head, giving efficiency to the industry with digitalization, started the business of SPIDERPLUS.

  He joined SpiderPlus in 2010, at the same timing when SPIDERPLUS has released, and has been in charge of various areas as the business has grown. In addition to the overall business, he oversees recruiting, corporate branding, design, and public relations. Prior to joining SpiderPlus, he worked as a spatial designer, experienced in a wide range of creative fields, from design and planning of stores and offices to web and graphics.

  Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer since 2022, he now oversees the management control division. Prior to joining SpiderPlus in 2021, thrived as a Financial Advisor at Deloitte and others, worked to developing new businesses in startups as well.

  Head of Product GroupTomoyuki Fujita

  Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer since 2023, he is responsible for planning and proposing products, as well as overseeing various development projects.
  Prior to joining SpiderPlus in 2021, he was engaged in project management for large-scale system development at IBM Japan, served as the head of product development at several startup companies as well.

  Deputy Head of Business GroupHiroki Kawai

  Joined SpiderPlus in 2018, handeled recruitment, training and organizational development as the head of the HR department for first, and then taking charge of overseeing sales and product development.
  Prior to joining SpiderPlus, worked in auditing at EY, he joined a regional general contractor and participated in management, oversaw the back office, real estate business, and construction SaaS business, among other responsibilities. In addition, he served as an external director for several listed companies.

  Joined in SpiderPlus in commercialization after developing a Spider which became the predecessor of SPIDERPLUS.
  He now oversees both the product development technical division and the internal division for promoting digitalization.
  Prior to joining SpiderPlus, engaged in various development projects in a system integrator.

  HR ManagerKoichi Ishii

  The Head of HR, oversees organizational development and recruitment since 2023.
  In addition, as Vice President of Engineering, he is responsible for expanding the product organization and strengthening the management line to build a robust product team.
  Before joining SpiderPlus in 2020, has experienced as a system manager in the advertising and telecommunications industries, serving as a Manager at a major systems integrator.

  Graduated from Hitotsubashi University (B.L), experienced at major internet companies and business support firms before joining SpiderPlus.
  Initially oversaw the company's business strategy, including long-term product marketing strategies, then took charge of sales planning, formulating and implementing sales strategies. He now supervises product planning.

  Joined SpiderPlus in 2023, oversees the Sales Division, following tenure as COO of a startup.
  Prior to joining, has experienced in advertising sales at Recruit, then joined Amazon Japan, was involved in formulating sales strategies, developing and executing medium-term margin improvement plans as the General Manager of the Books Division.

  Overseas Business Group ManagerShunsuke Takahashi

  The University of Tokyo(LL.B.), The University of Tokyo School of Law (J.D.), and a former visiting researcher at the University of Michigan.
  As a public prosecutor, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, etc. is in charge of investigations of financial and economic cases, etc.
  After retirement from government office, he engaged in disputes and business transactions between domestic and overseas companies at Nagashima, Ono, and Tsunematsu law firms, participated in Spider Plus in 2022, and was responsible for legal affairs and overseas business divisions.

• Operating and Chief Intellectual Property OfficerMasahito Taniguchi

  From listed company to start-up, he served as CIPO (Chief Intellectual Property Strategy Officer) for several companies.
  Won the Intellectual Property Achievement Award from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and made it a case from the Cabinet Office as a successful company in intellectual property management.
  Established MyCIPO Co., Ltd. and developed the only domestic rental CIPO business.
  Joined SpiderPlus in 2022.
  Oversees the intellectual property strateg.
