Thank you very much for your usual support of our Service.

To ensure that our Service could be used in a very satisfactory manner for many years to come, it has been decided to amend the SPIDERPLUS Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use thus amended will go into effect as of April.1, 2025.

There will be no particular changes made to the ways in which our Service is used by Customers.

We appreciate your continued support and loyalty to our services in the future.

Main revisions made to the Terms of Use

• Clarification of the term of the the service agreement (Article 5)
• Specification of the interest rate for late damages related to payment delays (Article 6)
• Statement that cancellation is not allowed for a certain period from the date of agreement establishment (Article 7)
• Other revisions of wording to clarify the meanings of the Terms of Use
