To ensure that our services could be used safely and satisfactorily by our customers for many years to come, we have decided to amend the SPIDERPLUS Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The amended Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will go into effect on November 1, 2025.
There will be no particular changes made to how customers use our services.
We appreciate your continued support and loyalty to our services in the future.

Main Revisions to the Terms of Use

• Clarification of when applications for a decrease in IDs and various options can be made (Article 4)
• Clarification of when cancellation applications can be made (Article 7)
• Establishment of a special provision for the new service “S+Collabo”
  Specification of the handling of personal information and “confidentiality of communications” as stipulated by the Telecommunications Business Act (Article 27)

Main Revisions to the Privacy Policy

• Definition of the purpose of use of personal information for customers and users who use “S+Collabo”
• Specification that personal data such as the names, occupations, and work histories of customers and users will be provided to other users for the purpose of creating a construction organization chart for “S+Collabo”
• Other clarifications of various provisions in the previous Privacy Policy
